Application Overview
This Privacy Policy applies to the RC Garage app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by WIŚNIEWSKI SP Z O O (collectively, the “Application”). WIŚNIEWSKI SP Z O O is referred to in this policy as the “Service Provider”.
RC Garage is a digital logbook for RC hobbyists, drone pilots, and racers. It helps users track RC vehicle specifications, battery lifecycles, setup notes, reminders, and service history.
What Information the Application Obtains
The Application does not collect, log, store, sell, or share personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required.
Vehicle specifications, battery logs, setup notes, and service history entered into RC Garage are stored locally on your device. The Service Provider does not receive or store this app data.
If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data, such as an ephemeral IP address, may be transmitted only as necessary to facilitate network connectivity. This data is not retained by the Service Provider and is not used for tracking.
Location Information
The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device.
Third-Party Access
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, no personal data is shared with third parties.
- No personal information is sold.
- No app account registration data is collected.
- No RC model, battery, setup, or service log data is transmitted to the Service Provider.
Data Retention
The Service Provider does not retain personal information from normal use of the Application because the Application does not collect personal information.
Any RC Garage records that you create, including model specifications, battery details, charge cycles, setup notes, reminders, and maintenance logs, remain stored locally on your device. The Service Provider does not maintain a copy of this data.
If you voluntarily contact the Service Provider by email or another external channel, your message may be retained only for as long as necessary to respond to your request, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, or maintain basic business records.
Data Deletion
Because RC Garage stores user-created app data locally on your device and does not transmit it to the Service Provider, you can delete your local app data by using available in-app deletion or clear-data options, clearing the app data through your device settings, or uninstalling the Application.
If you have voluntarily contacted the Service Provider and want that communication deleted where legally possible, contact the Service Provider using the email addresses below.
The Service Provider cannot delete data that remains only on your device because the Service Provider does not have access to it.
Opt-Out Rights
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, uninstalling it removes the Application from your device and stops any further use of the Application.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or any higher age required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them.
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, children’s data is not collected by the Application. If a child voluntarily contacts the Service Provider outside the Application, a parent or guardian should provide consent where required by law.
Security
Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of personal data exposure through the Application is minimal. However, no security system is completely secure.
Users are responsible for protecting access to their own devices where local RC Garage records are stored.
Data Breach Notification
Since the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of a breach affecting your personal data through the Application is minimal. If a breach occurs involving information you voluntarily provided outside the Application, the Service Provider will notify you as required by applicable law.
Changes to This Policy
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting an updated Privacy Policy with a new effective date. Where required by law, the Service Provider will seek consent before material changes take effect.
Previous versions of this Privacy Policy may be made available upon request.
Your Consent
By using the Application, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. If you voluntarily provide information to the Service Provider and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
